The evaluation of companies’ sustainability practices by RobecoSAM

Whether you want to grow, sell, buy or prepare your company for a possible IPO we all face major sustainability hurdles. Companies and investors struggle with the increase of demand of (sustainability) KPIs by their shareholders and stakeholders. Let alone the active ownership and engagement of these KPIs. Our special guest is Robert Dornau from RobecoSAM*. Robert will share the expertise of RobecoSAM: The Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA). The CSA is an annual assessment carried out by RobecoSam at 4.500 companies around the world. The CSA focuses on criteria that are both industry-specific and financially material, and has been doing so since 1999.

Why is ABN AMRO working with the CSA?
Tjeerd Krumpelman, Global head of advisory, reporting & engagement at ABN AMRO will outline why ABN AMRO is using the CSA methodology, how it contributed to the IPO of ABN AMRO exactly 4 years ago and what investors and corporates can learn from this methodology.

Insights from a LP and former GP
Xenia Loos, managing director at XS Investments. Xenia has a successful private markets’ fundraising track record spanning over a decade and also worked for AAC Capital where she built AAC Capital’s investor relations program. Xenia has gained experience in fundraising as a GP and LP and therefore an asset for this panel discussion.
